We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Math Teacher to join our educational institution and teach middle and high school students. As a Math Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive math lessons, fostering critical thinking skills, and promoting a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, along with a teaching diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards and objectives for middle and high school math courses.
2. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
3. Utilize a variety of instructional methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
4. Teach mathematical concepts and skills effectively, using real-world examples and applications to enhance student understanding and relevance.
5. Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.
6. Identify individual student learning needs and develop strategies to address them, including differentiated instruction and additional support when necessary.
7. Utilize technology and educational software to enhance instruction and engage students in interactive and hands-on learning experiences.
8. Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and a love for learning mathematics.
9. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic achievements, and areas for improvement.
10. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects, activities, and assessments.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education.
2. Teaching diploma.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching math to middle and/or high school students.
4. Strong knowledge and understanding of the math curriculum for the respective grade levels.
5. Proficiency in teaching a wide range of math concepts and skills, including algebra, geometry, statistics, and calculus.
6. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver lessons effectively.
9. Patience, adaptability, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential in mathematics.
10. Familiarity with educational technology tools and applications to enhance math instruction.
