We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate KG Classroom Teacher to join our educational institution. As a KG Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our young learners, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and social development. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, along with a teaching diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the curriculum guidelines and learning objectives for kindergarten students.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and promotes the social and emotional growth of each student.
3. Implement various teaching strategies and instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
4. Foster a love for learning by incorporating interactive and hands-on activities that stimulate curiosity and critical thinking.
5. Establish clear classroom rules and expectations, and maintain discipline and order to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
6. Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
8. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.
9. Attend faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
10. Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and best practices in early childhood education.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Education.
2. Teaching diploma.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a KG Classroom Teacher.
4. Deep understanding of early childhood development and the ability to apply appropriate teaching strategies for this age group.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver lessons effectively.
7. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
8. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where each student feels valued and respected.
9. Proficiency in using educational technology and learning platforms to enhance instruction.
10. A commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
